Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate RFP/grant opportunities aligned with RISE
- Assist in writing, organizing, and strengthening proposals
- Help strategically position RISE/Compass for contracts and partnerships
- Collaborate on narratives, scope alignment, and proposal strategy
- Support state, district, nonprofit, and federal submissions
- Help shape long-term growth opportunities and funding pipelines
Requirements
- Education or EdTech proposals
- Federal grant writing
- Behavioral health / workforce / youth-development funding
- School district procurement
- Government contracting
- Nonprofit funding strategy
- Strong understanding of compliance, proposal structure, scoring criteria, and strategic positioning is highly valued
Preferred
- Entrepreneurial-minded
- Experience with AI, SEL, or educational innovation
- Experience securing school district, state, nonprofit, workforce, and federal opportunities
