Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead Experiential Marketing Initiatives: Conceptualize and execute large-scale brand experiences, pop-up stores, and cultural marketing events from strategy through production, ensuring immersive, high-quality touchpoints that reinforce brand positioning
  • Manage Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and maintain sponsorship and product placement opportunities across sports, entertainment, and cultural sectors; oversee integration into TV programming, live events, and digital media platforms
  • Amplify Brand Narratives: Translate high-level brand strategy into tangible offline storytelling that supports new product launches and seasonal collections, creating cohesive consumer journeys across physical and digital touchpoints
  • Drive Cross-Channel Integration: Partner closely with PR, Social Media, and Content teams to extend the reach of offline activations through digital amplification, including collaboration on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and Instagram content strategies
  • Optimize Budget & Resources: Own end-to-end budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation for all experiential projects; manage relationships with creative agencies, production vendors, and freelance talent to maximize ROI
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Develop project timelines, risk mitigation plans, and quality control standards for all activations, ensuring flawless execution within scope and deadline constraints
  • Measure & Iterate: Establish KPIs and post-event analysis frameworks to track consumer sentiment, brand lift, and conversion impact; leverage data insights to continuously refine future experiential strategies
Requirements
  • 5+ years hands-on experience executing brand activations, pop-up retail concepts, or sponsorship programs for consumer brands
  • Demonstrated portfolio of managing external agencies and production teams to deliver high-quality creative executions on budget
  • Exceptional project management skills with fluency in tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience establishing success metrics and post-campaign reporting for experiential initiatives
  • Willingness to travel up to 25-30% domestically and internationally for event execution and market research
Preferred
  • Previous footwear, apparel, or sustainable lifestyle brand experience with understanding of seasonal product launch cycles
  • Existing network of contacts in entertainment, sports marketing, or cultural institution partnerships
  • Business-fluent Mandarin Chinese to support China market initiatives and local team collaboration
  • Experience with global DTC e-commerce operations and understanding of how offline marketing drives online conversion
  • Knowledge of sustainable materials, supply chain transparency, or circular fashion business models
