Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify the best opportunities for improving alignment and business performance between engineering and sales.
  • Design, implement, and manage new programs and mechanisms to streamline collaboration, create transparency, and accelerate outcomes.
  • Partner with technical and operations teams to define requirements for tooling integrations to create more seamless workflows for both organizations.
  • Develop, track, and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for process effectiveness and efficiency, reporting on progress to executive leadership and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Act as a key strategic partner and trusted advisor to leaders in both sales and engineering, navigating complex priorities and driving consensus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional programs across their life-cycle (e.g., opportunity definition, solution design, implementation and operations).

Preferred

  • 8 years experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience as an executive consulting leader (i.e., Associate Partner or equivalent level).
  • Understanding of the cloud services industry and enterprise sales function.
  • Ability to build consensus among executive leaders with differing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
