Drive customer insights and own the go-to-market and messaging for new products, with a strong voice-of-the-customer across the product lifecycle.

Drive customer insight generation and develop/refine customer personas to inform product and marketing strategies.
Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging.
Create compelling product content for every stage of the customer journey, from articles to detail pages.
Report on customer insights: Deliver regular reports on product performance, customer satisfaction, and key insights to inform future strategies.

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience in launching new products
