Job Summary

Drive end-to-end DTC performance creative and full-funnel product experience for Everlife’s ads, landing pages, and user portals.

  • Own creative strategy, hooks, and multi-channel campaigns across Meta and TikTok
  • Must-have: 5+ years in DTC performance creative
  • Standout: Experience building landing pages, funnels, and user portal flows

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define what Ad's gets built
  • Control how it converts
  • Own how users experience the product from first click through into the portal
  • Lead strategy and execution across Ads (Meta & TikTok)
  • Lead Landing pages and funnels
  • Lead User portals and on-site experience
  • Lead Email (Klaviyo)
  • Move quickly from concept → wireframe → execution
  • Support Product launches and scaling cycles
  • Collaborate closely with media buying during performance shifts

Requirements

  • 5+ years in DTC performance creative
  • Proven success building high-converting DTC ads
  • Landing pages and funnels
  • User experience / portal flows
  • Experience managing Creative teams (5+ people)
  • External agencies
  • Strong hands-on ability in: Figma, Framer, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Klaviyo & Lifecycle Creative
  • Core flows (welcome, abandoned checkout, post-purchase, winback)
  • 5+ years in DTC performance creative

Preferred

  • 5+ years in DTC performance creative
  • Proven success building high-converting DTC ads, landing pages and funnels
  • Strong background in Health, wellness, telehealth, or Direct response / affiliate environments
  • Experience managing Creative teams (5+ people) External agencies
  • Strong hands-on ability in: Figma, Framer, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Deep understanding of: Conversion rate optimization (CRO), User behavior and friction points
