Job Description

Responsibilities

    Build, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta and other digital channels.
    Manage long sales-cycle campaigns.
    Utilize off-platform analysis to optimize campaign performance.
    Adjust campaigns to deliver monthly cash, buyer, and sales targets.
    Mitigate lead fraud and low-quality traffic.
    Collaborate with creative, analytics, and sales teams.
    Provide strategic thought leadership and mentor team members.

Requirements

    3–5 years hands-on performance marketing experience with Meta advertising.
    Experience with multiple digital channels.
    Proven ability to lead and mentor team members.
    Analytical skills to optimize campaigns for key business metrics.
    Experience in a start up or high-growth fast-paced environment.
    Positive outlook, solution-focused, lead with optimism and accountability.

Preferred

    Experience with big-ticket, high consideration offers with long sales cycles.
    Background in financial services.
    Event-based or webinar-style lead generation campaigns.
    Familiarity with CRM and landing page tools.
