Job Summary

Own end-to-end Meta ads strategy and execution for high spend, turning testing into scale while maintaining ROAS and LTV, with rapid troubleshooting and creative iteration.

Campaign architecture and scaling: plan, launch, optimize with CBO/ABO structures
Creative testing and optimization: hooks, angles, UGC, formats
Performance discipline: monitor CPM/CTR/CPA/ROAS and diagnose fatigue or saturation

Job Description

Plan, launch, and optimize high-budget Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
Scale campaigns from testing phase to $5K–$10K+ daily spend
Build and manage campaign structures (CBO, ABO, scaling strategies)
Continuously test creatives (hooks, angles, UGC, formats)
Monitor and optimize performance (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV)
Identify and solve performance drops (creative fatigue, audience saturation, etc.)
