Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and HubSpot to streamline campaigns and workflows.
  • Develop and implement multichannel marketing strategies that integrate email marketing, digital advertising, social media, and content delivery for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Design, build, and maintain complex SQL queries and HTML/CSS code snippets to support customized campaign needs and landing page development.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, attribution modeling techniques, and data analysis skills to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to enhance lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns and nurturing programs within Salesforce CRM.
  • Ensure seamless integration between various marketing tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, and other digital platforms.
  • Provide technical guidance on digital marketing best practices, including email marketing strategies, tracking setup, and data segmentation.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise marketing technology platforms supporting global marketing initiatives.
  • Design and implement automated workflows, lead management processes, audience segmentation strategies, customer lifecycle programs, and campaign orchestration solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical configurations, automation workflows, and scalable operational processes.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, event technologies, content management solutions, and related business applications.
  • Establish standards for campaign governance, data quality, operational procedures, and platform usage across marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance campaign performance through automation and process improvements.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to streamline operational activities and improve quality assurance processes.
  • Support the development and enhancement of digital marketing assets, including landing pages, web forms, templates, and user-facing experiences utilizing modern web technologies.
  • Monitor system performance, investigate operational issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain platform reliability and data integrity.
  • Produce technical documentation, operational guidelines, and best-practice recommendations to support organizational knowledge sharing.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on marketing technology platforms, automation capabilities, and campaign operations to internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives involving digital transformation, process modernization, and marketing technology optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in marketing technology, marketing automation, digital operations, CRM systems, or related technology-focused disciplines.
  • Advanced experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management systems.
  • Experience designing automation workflows, data-driven marketing processes, and platform integrations.
  • Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end development principles.
  • Experience working with APIs, data structures, system integrations, and enterprise software ecosystems.
  • Ability to work independently on complex technical initiatives requiring specialized knowledge and judgment.
  • Partner with global cross-functional teams across multiple geographic regions to deliver scalable marketing technology solutions and drive operational excellence.
