Job Description

Responsibilities

Develops Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Qualification (RFQ) responses, which could include writing, producing resumes and project profiles, setting up meetings, developing graphics, proofreading, making edits and printing/packaging to ensure submission by deadline.
Develops content for presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint or Adobe presentations, brochures, leave-behinds) for project pursuits and other purposes.
Develops other unique marketing deliverables as requested, ensuring corporate identity is maintained.
Updates marketing information within the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other marketing data systems.
Plans and coordinates and/or attends events such as trade shows, conferences, client events and in-house planned activities.
Leads and develops award submissions.
Captures and edits video assets.
Leads the development of internal communications (e.g., project and people announcements).
Leads the development of external communications (e.g., social media and website content).
Contributes digital assets to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or related field (Preferred)
In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
5+ years marketing, communications or public relations experience (Preferred)
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
Typically travel is not required
Normal office environment
Frequent activity: Sitting, Viewing Computer Screen
Occasional activity: Standing, Walking, Bending, Reaching above Shoulder
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign or other Adobe Creative Cloud Software
