Drive growth via segment-based marketing and cross-functional execution within Community Banking, with event and advertising program ownership.

Own segment-based growth strategies and cross-team collaboration.
Must-have: 2+ years bank and/or marketing experience with proven strategy development.
Standout: Experience planning and managing partner events and advertising programs, plus a principled, high-integrity approach.

Recommend and implement different strategies to achieve our organic growth goals based upon a designated segment
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure that the Community Banking teams are implementing Community Banking strategy and using the tools available to them
Responsible for planning and managing events with outside partners when appropriate of varying sizes and purposes by overseeing all tasks throughout the event planning process
Recommend and assist in the implementation of advertising strategies
Identify opportunities for new tactics or enhancements to existing events and programs
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Finance
2+ years bank and/or marketing experience
Demonstrated ability to develop effective and innovative marketing strategies to drive improvements to business performance and customer experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications
