Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of innovative HCP digital and non-personal marketing strategies and programs for TRUQAP in the US market.
  • Support development of HCP campaign strategies with a focus on omnichannel orchestration, audience targeting, sequencing, personalization, and campaign integration across digital channels.
  • Manage creative projects, content development, workflow, timelines, and execution with HCP agency and media agency partners.
  • Lead implementation of HCP non-personal promotion programs, including digital media, paid search,programmatic, CRM, website optimization, email, and other digital engagement channels as appropriate.
  • Manage digital media activations with the media agency of record, ensuring best-in-class media planning, buying, optimization, execution, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with Business Insights, Analytics, and media partners to provide a holistic view of media data and campaign performance, helping define clear KPIs across the marketing funnel
  • Collaborate within the TRUQAP team and across Market Access, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Insights, and other cross-functional partners to ensure strategic alignment, maximize synergies with Legal, Regulatory, Medical, and Compliance stakeholders to ensure development and execution of compliant marketing initiatives and promotional materials.
  • Effectively manage marketing budget for areas of responsibility, including agency scopes, media spend, project estimates, purchase orders, and budget tracking.
  • Assist in the identification, evaluation, and adoption of new partnerships, platforms, technologies, and digital capabilities that can improve HCP engagement and campaign performance.
  • Leverage best practices from within the global commercial organization and continually foster learning from industry and outside-of-industry digital marketing practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, life sciences, healthcare, or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of healthcare marketing, commercial, digital marketing, media, agency, or related pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience.
  • Experience supporting or leading HCP digital marketing, non-personal promotion, omnichannel marketing, media planning, CRM, website, paid search, programmatic, email, or related digital channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute marketing tactics in a complex, matrixed, regulated environment with strong attention to detail, compliance, timelines, and business impact.
  • Experience managing creative agencies, media agencies, project workflows, timelines, budgets, and promotional review processes.
  • Strong analytical capability and ability to translate media, campaign, customer, and performance data into clear insights, recommendations, and optimizations.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including ability to partner effectively with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Insights, Analytics, and agency partners.
  • Strong project management skills, including ability to manage multiple priorities, drive clarity, anticipate risks, and deliver high-quality work with urgency and accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex information and tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Ability to operate with curiosity, agility, and a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-moving and competitive oncology marketplace.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in oncology marketing, HCP digital marketing, omnichannel marketing, or media strategy
  • Experience with breast cancer, prostate cancer, precision medicine, diagnostics, or biomarker-driven treatment markets.
