Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing clear goals, coaching, performance feedback, and growth opportunities
  • Set team priorities, establish effective workflows, and ensure accountability for deliverables, timelines, and quality
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture that supports high performance and continuous improvement
  • Drive the development and execution of enterprise marketing strategies and plans spanning consumer and professional audiences (B2C) as well as partner, sponsor, and organizational audiences (B2B)
  • Translate enterprise as well as business level goals and objectives into actionable marketing plans with defined audiences, messaging frameworks, channel strategy, timelines, budgets, and success metrics
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, shaping approaches that increase awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign planning and execution across digital, paid media, email, social, content, partnerships, and experiential channels
  • Ensure campaigns are insight-driven, audience-centered, and aligned with brand voice, visual identity, and governance standards

Requirements

  • At minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 7 or more years of progressive marketing experience, including integrated marketing strategies and campaigns
  • 3 or more years of direct people management experience, including performance coaching and team development
  • Demonstrated experience leading both B2C and B2B marketing strategies, including segmentation and channel planning for distinct audiences
  • Proven event marketing experience, including driving registrations/attendance and coordinating marketing plans across the event lifecycle
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong judgment and attention to detail
  • Performance reporting, dashboards, and campaign optimization

  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional project teams
  • Familiarity with brand governance and content strategy
