Job Summary

Own global marketing strategy and CX transformation while leading cross functional teams to align marketing with business goals, and drive multi channel campaigns from digital to events that grow pipeline and retention.

  • Strategy and cross functional leadership: shape an enterprise wide marketing plan with senior leadership and align with long term business strategy.
  • Campaign execution and asset development: plan, run, and optimize multi channel campaigns plus create collateral and sales tools.
  • Customer experience and insights: lead CX journey improvements and leverage market/customer insights to inform messaging and channel mix.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy and execution plan aligned with business goals and growth priorities.
  • Partner with senior leadership, Commercial and Global Leadership Teams to integrate marketing into overall business and long-term strategy.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Lead strategy and execution for customer visits, education events, and tradeshows to support brand visibility, relationship building, and pipeline development.
  • Development of marketing collateral, including case studies, presentations, website content, sales tools, and campaign assets, ensuring consistent external messaging.
  • Lead brand strategy and equity, ensuring consistency across messaging, design, and customer experience touchpoints.
  • Partner with Market and Business Insights to leverage market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform marketing strategy and communications.
  • Champion and lead a global Customer Experience (CX) transformation to establish service excellence and customer empathy as foundational organizational behaviors, strengthening the customer journey and driving retention, pipeline growth, and new business development.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying new tools, channels, and methodologies to stay ahead of market trends and competitors.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track performance, and communicate results to assess effectiveness and guide continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, forecasts, and ROI analysis.
  • Support enterprise-wide initiatives related to strategy, customer-focus education, and pipeline development.
  • Other duties may be assigned as required.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant progressive marketing experience, including brand and downstream commercial marketing roles.
  • Minimum 5 years in senior leadership overseeing teams, budgets, and strategy.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical devices, B2B, and/or marketing agency or consultancy environments.
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels, including senior executives.
  • Strong strategic and creative thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including e-mail, web, social media, and marketing automation tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and performance measurement to inform decision-making.
  • Strong project and portfolio management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articular strategy and messaging to diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexible, self-directed work style with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and hands-on execution levels.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%, including occasional international travel.
