  • Model out complex cross-functional tradeoffs and bring a strong, defensible point of view to senior leadership
  • Stand up the processes and tools that raise our merchant business intelligence, turning call notes, feedback, and data into a living corpus that informs strategy and a regularly reviewed, stack-ranked input to the product roadmap
  • Represent the needs of Enterprise merchants and account teams to influence the Product roadmap for high-value, complex use cases across advertiser experience, measurement, credits, and franchise
  • Bring new advertising and promotions capabilities to market for Enterprise clients, enabling successful adoption both internally and externally

  • comfortable in or adjacent to commercial negotiations (MSAs, up front agreements, pricing, partnerships) and can hold your ground against counterparts with competing incentives
  • strong quantitative and structured problem-solving skills, can self-serve data (intermediate+ SQL/Excel), and can defend your conclusions to skeptical executives
  • communicate complex ideas clearly across technical, commercial, and executive audiences

Preferred

  • Advertising, ad-tech, retail-media, or restaurant/marketplace experience is preferred
