Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Paid Social Strategy
  • Own paid social strategy across high-spend, complex client accounts. Drive performance across Meta as the primary platform, with expansion into additional channels. Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and scaling across the funnel.
  • Own Platform Relationships
  • Act as a key point of contact with platform partners (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snap). Stay ahead of platform trends, betas, and new opportunities. Translate platform insights into actionable strategies for clients.
  • Drive Testing and Innovation
  • Lead testing roadmaps across creative, audience, and channel expansion. Explore and pilot new platforms and tools (e.g. emerging ad channels, influencer integrations). Operate comfortably in ambiguity, bringing structure to new opportunities.
  • Be Client-Facing and Strategic
  • Present performance, insights, and recommendations to clients. Build trust with senior stakeholders through clear, confident communication. Contribute to client growth by identifying new opportunities and strategic direction.
  • Support New Business and Pitches
  • Participate in pitch work, including account audits and strategic recommendations. Help translate performance insights into compelling narratives for prospective clients. Collaborate with leadership to win and grow new business.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of paid social experience, with deep expertise in Meta (required)
  • Hands-on experience with at least one additional platform (TikTok, Reddit, Snap, or similar)
  • Proven ability to lead strategy on complex or high-spend accounts
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort working in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience presenting performance and recommendations to clients or senior stakeholders
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution when needed
  • Curiosity and willingness to test new channels, tools, and approaches
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where it doesn’t exist
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
  • Location requirement: This is a hybrid role based in Seattle or Brooklyn (NYC), with ~2 days/week in-office.

Preferred

  • Experience working on app-based growth or large-scale ecomm accounts
  • Agency experience, or brand-side experience with exposure to multiple channels and strategies
  • Experience contributing to pitches or new business efforts

Benefits

  • Hybrid work environment with flexible hours
  • Unlimited PTO + company holidays
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage
  • Life & AD&D insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid parental leave & family support
  • Pet care perks & insurance
  • Commuter & transit benefits
  • Exclusive employee discounts
