Original Job Description

We are looking for an analytically-minded performance marketer with deep expertise in Paid Social to help us scale a new kind of marketing agency. You'll wear multiple hats and work across multiple organizations conducting client-facing work while building world-class marketing skills. This role is a perfect fit for a paid social expert looking to expand their growth marketing expertise across multiple channels and through the full funnel. You’ll work with our best-in-class growth leaders and directly with several start-up CEOs to help them grow their businesses. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all aspects of paid social campaigns for select clients Analyze and optimize campaign performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; develop insights to inform future strategy Manage creative team members to maximize the impact of ads and landing pages that we develop for our clients. Partner with other Lantern subject matter experts to develop and execute full-funnel acquisition marketing strategies for our clients, across channels like tiktok, influencer, direct mail, SEO and affiliate, and through lifecycle (email / sms) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives. Own paid social results and marketing budgets Support the development team to guide and QA site / app tracking Combine hands-on-keyboard work with management, depending on scope of project QUALIFICATIONS 3-6 years of experience in paid social marketing Experience experience working with startups preferred preferred Expertise directly managing paid social channels is required Experience in DTC businesses required; health and wellness experience strongly preferred Strong analytical capability with experience in a variety of website analytics tools Strong project management, attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small mentality WHO YOU ARE Client service oriented Scrappy problem solver Data driven, but willing to take risks Very high say / do ratio Enjoy working at both strategic and execution levels Excellent written communicator ABOUT LANTERN Lantern is a growth consulting company helping Seed and A early-stage DTC startups build and execute full-funnel growth plans.
