Job Summary

Own cross-organizational program delivery and governance for creative marketing, turning strategy into scalable processes, and ensuring on-time, on-budget execution of social, experiential, partnerships, and sports-driven initiatives.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Build and scale project management practices, governance, and reporting across Creative Ops & Insights.
  • Program Delivery: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of social campaigns, experiential activations, partnerships, and global moments.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate internal teams, agencies, and external partners to identify risks and maintain transparency across stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Elevate operational excellence and ways of working – Implement and scale best-in-class project management practices, tools, and governance; driving consistency, accountability, and efficiency across a fast-paced and highly creative organization on a newly formed Creative Ops & Insights team
  • Drive integrated project leadership across Brand Engagement in a traditional PM capacity – Lead end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact initiatives spanning social campaigns, experiential activations, partnerships, and global sports moments; ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met with precision.
  • Enable cross-functional alignment and clarity – Act as a central connector across internal teams, agencies, and external partners; proactively identifying risks, resolving dependencies, and creating transparency across stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • Progressive experience in project or program management, 8+ years, preferably in marketing, brand, agency, or integrated campaign environments
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
  • Experience supporting creative, social, experiential, or partnership-driven marketing programs
  • Strong operational discipline, including timeline management, budget oversight, and risk mitigation
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing external agencies and partner relationships
  • Experience leading and developing team members, 3+ years preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
