Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Global Digital Growth Strategy
  • Own the global paid media strategy across search, paid social, display, video, account-based advertising, and emerging digital channels. Define investment priorities across audiences, regions, and programs to enhance pipeline, revenue impact, and marketing efficiency.
  • Define and Scale the ABM Strategy
  • Lead the strategy for Mendix’s 1:1 strategic account and 1:few ABM programs. Develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, and account-based motions that support new-logo acquisition, customer expansion, executive engagement, and opportunity acceleration.
  • Build Strong Sales and BDR Alignment
  • Partner closely with Sales and BDR leadership to align target-account priorities, campaign strategies, messaging, and follow-up motions. Ensure marketing programs support coordinated outbound efforts and create measurable engagement, meetings, and pipeline within target accounts.
  • Lead Paid Media Agencies and Partners
  • Manage global agency relationships, setting clear strategic direction, performance expectations, and optimization priorities. Ensure agency teams operate as an extension of the internal organization and deliver against business goals.
  • Drive Integrated, Buying-Group Marketing
  • Develop coordinated programs that engage partners across buying groups. Partner with Content, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, and regional teams to deliver connected experiences across paid media, web, outbound, events, and lifecycle channels.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability in B2B marketing, with significant experience in digital demand generation, paid media, growth marketing, or Account-Based Marketing
  • Tried experience building and scaling global or enterprise digital marketing programs that delivered measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Strong experience developing and delivering ABM strategies in close partnership with Sales leadership and BDR organizations
  • Experience running paid media agencies, large digital budgets, and performance across multiple channels, audiences, and regions
  • Strategic problem solver who can establish a long-term vision and translate it into practical plans, priorities, and measurable programs
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying groups and how to engage technical, business, and executive audiences through coordinated marketing motions
  • Experience with ABM and marketing technologies such as Demandbase, Qualified, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, analytics, and web-personalization solutions
  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to connect marketing activity and investment to pipeline, revenue, customer growth, and business outcomes
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and a proven track record of building alignment across internal teams and external partners
  • Curious and informed about AI and emerging marketing technologies, with experience applying new tools to improve research, personalization, efficiency, and campaign optimization

  • Comprehensive Benefits: The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $165,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
