Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Global category strategy & activation: Develop growth plans and campaign objectives to boost product visibility and performance.
  • Global product lifecycle & briefs: Own lifecycle for lip & eye collections and build global briefs to meet retail targets and margin goals.
  • Go‑to‑market leadership: Lead global launches, define market size, positioning, unique selling proposition, assets, and content pillars across regions.
  • Product messaging & content direction: Define product messaging and content strategies to support launches and ongoing campaigns.
  • Cross‑functional partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with packaging, inventory planning, creative, product development, VM, marketing, education, dotcom, and operations teams.
  • Brand leadership & category expertise: Establish the team as category experts with a merchant mindset, tracking competitive landscape and consumer trends including social media (e.g., TikTok).
  • Performance & analytics: Analyze core metrics and newness revenue targets to drive category growth and provide reporting to stakeholders.
  • Global product strategy & innovation: Lead development of product innovation based on market analytics, competitive insights, DEI, and emerging trends.
  • Global go‑to‑market collaboration: Align with North America and international sales and marketing to address market needs and advocate brand initiatives globally.
  • Viral moments & in‑market momentum: Monitor product performance to identify viral moments and trends that can be leveraged for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 7+ years of related business experience; beauty/retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and creative skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, changing, client‑service oriented environment; proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
  • Team player capable of cross‑functional collaboration and relationship building.
  • Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet objectives; able to own and drive projects.
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
