Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Cyera’s organic growth roadmap across traditional and AI-based search.
  • Drive non-brand keyword growth aligned to AI Security and DSPM priorities.
  • Lead Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives to strengthen LLM visibility.
  • Expand AI Security Share of Voice across search and AI discovery platforms.
  • Monitor algorithm and AI search shifts, adapting strategy proactively.
  • Lead structured experimentation across key web flows (demo, contact, gated content).
  • Identify friction across high-intent journeys using behavioral analytics.
  • Increase conversion velocity from discovery → engagement → demo → pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain a formal CRO testing roadmap with measurable lift.
  • Optimize high-intent landing experiences aligned to ICP segments.
  • Map and optimize the full digital buyer journey from awareness through consideration and conversion.
  • Ensure messaging, site architecture, and content flows align to buyer intent at each stage.
  • Collaborate with PMM to refine value articulation across web touchpoints.
  • Partner with Campaigns to ensure seamless handoff between paid, organic, and owned experiences.
  • Improve demo-to-qualified conversion by tightening journey alignment.
  • Identify and prioritize technical SEO opportunities based on business impact.
  • Improve site crawlability, structured data, page speed, and mobile performance.
  • Guide CMS improvements, page consolidations, redirects, and international SEO needs.
  • Ensure site architecture reinforces discoverability and user experience.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO, AEO, and CRO performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years driving digital growth through organic and conversion channels.
  • 5+ years scaling SEO into a meaningful revenue contributor.
  • Deep experience in technical SEO and on-page optimization.
  • Proven experience leading CRO programs with measurable conversion lift.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI-driven search (AEO/GEO).
  • Experience optimizing buyer journeys in enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Proficiency with:
  • WordPress (or similar CMS)
  • SEMrush
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Google Search Console
  • Heatmapping / CRO tools
  • Additional digital marketing analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset and data storytelling capability.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or AI security preferred.
