Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative direction for priority workstreams across campaigns, events, environments, digital experiences, presentations, social, executive communications, and special projects.
  • Translate the Executive Creative Director’s vision into actionable creative routes , including concepts, moodboards, storyframes, motion studies, experience ideas, and design systems.
  • Elevate brand experience across physical and digital touchpoints , ensuring work is cohesive, modern, brand-right, and aligned to business and audience needs.
  • Drive motion and visual storytelling quality , including typography-in-motion, pacing, transitions, narrative flow, video graphics, event screens, and presentation storytelling.
  • Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate concepting and exploration , generating visual directions, rapid iterations, imagery studies, and early prototypes while applying responsible AI guardrails.
  • Build scalable creative systems and toolkits such as campaign kits, event packages, social templates, presentation frameworks, motion libraries, guidelines, and repeatable design patterns.
  • Run creative reviews and quality gates , providing clear feedback that improves craft, reduces rework, and keeps work moving toward aligned decisions.
  • Coach and enable designers and partners , sharing methods, examples, templates, and playbooks that raise team capability in brand experience, motion, AI workflows, and systems thinking.
  • Manage vendors, freelancers, or agency partners as needed , maintaining creative consistency, quality, and delivery readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Design, Motion Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Experience Design, Film/Animation, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in brand, visual, motion, or experience design across digital and physical applications.
  • 2+ years in a lead, manager, player/coach, or creative direction capacity.
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-craft creative direction, systems thinking, motion/storytelling capability, and concept-to-execution leadership.
  • Experience translating brand strategy and executive creative direction into cohesive creative outputs, systems, and toolkits.
  • Demonstrated use of generative AI or modern creative workflows for concepting, visual exploration, rapid iteration, or scalable system development.
  • Strong communication, critique, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

Preferred

  • Experience building scalable brand systems, templates, motion libraries, campaign kits, event packages, or reusable creative toolkits.
  • Strong understanding of brand governance and quality standards across web, social, campaigns, events, executive communications, and digital experiences.
  • Environmental or experiential design experience, including events, signage, spatial graphics, wayfinding, or activations.
  • Strong motion design, visual storytelling, and executive narrative capability.
  • Working knowledge of accessibility considerations for motion and content, including readability, captions/subtitles, reduced-motion awareness, and clarity across formats.
  • Experience with creative automation, versioning, localization, modular systems, or scaled production workflows.
  • Experience directing external partners while maintaining craft quality and creative alignment.
  • Experience operating in a global matrix or solid-line/dotted-line collaboration model.
