• Translate business objectives into bold, insight-driven communication and media strategies.
• Lead research and insight development across competitive landscape, category dynamics, audience behavior, and emerging trends.
• Create strategies rooted in consumer truth and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with media teams to shape channel mix, audience strategy, and investment allocations.
• Bring together creative, media, and analytics to build integrated, effective plans.
• Partner with activation teams to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
• Be a trusted advisor and strategic voice for your clients and peers.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of digital marketing experience, with a strong track record in strategic planning and client leadership.
• Expertise across a range of digital channels and platforms.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with media, creative, analytics, and sales teams.
• Data fluency—comfortable using tools and insights to inform smart, strategic decisions.
• Resourcefulness, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
