Job Summary

Own cross-functional product strategy and end-to-end delivery for credit, card merchandising, and cash forecasting tools that help SMBs act on their finances, guided by clear metrics and growth goals.

  • Product Leadership: Own roadmap, metrics, and GTM plans focused on growth and customer outcomes.
  • Discovery & Partnerships: Lead new product opportunities and partnerships to expand access to capital.
  • Measurement & Prioritization: Define the decision framework and instrumentation to guide prioritization and impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end product strategy and execution for credit application and card merchandising experiences.
  • Develop cash visibility and forecasting features that help SMBs understand, predict, and act on their financial position.
  • Lead ongoing discovery of new products and partnerships to expand how customers access capital; identify unmet needs, evaluate opportunities, and chart the path to launch.
  • Own the roadmap, success metrics, and go-to-market plans for your areas with a focus on growth, engagement, and customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Payments team on cash accounts, treasury, and lending to deliver cohesive, integrated experiences.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Finance, and GTM to test, learn, and scale product-led growth initiatives.
  • Translate ambiguous data into clear decisions; define and instrument the metrics that guide prioritization and measure impact.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience owning consumer or SMB financial products end to end.
  • Hands-on experience with credit, card, or lending products, including customer journeys and underlying financial mechanics.
  • Strong product sense and data fluency with the ability to define success metrics and make decisions amid ambiguity.
  • A bias toward action and comfort operating independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills with cross-functional partners across engineering, design, finance, and go-to-market.

Preferred

  • Experience building cash management, treasury, or forecasting capabilities.
  • Background in partnerships that bring new financial products to market.
