Job Summary

HubSpot RevOps owner who shapes CRM from data hygiene to revenue analytics and cross-functional alignment.

Own HubSpot implementations, migrations, and optimization across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations hubs.
Design scalable CRM architecture, workflows, lead scoring, routing, and dashboards to drive forecasting and pipeline health.
Link marketing, sales, and CS tooling and data through integrations and governance to enable revenue decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead HubSpot implementations, onboarding, migrations, and optimization projects
Configure HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub)
Build workflows, automation, sequences, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and lead routing
Manage pipelines, deal stages, properties, permissions, and CRM architecture
Improve data quality, data governance, and CRM hygiene
Build custom reports, dashboards, and revenue analytics
Support integrations (Salesforce, Zapier, APIs, third-party tools)
Design and optimize marketing automation workflows and campaigns
Support email marketing, segmentation, and nurture strategies
Improve sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting

Requirements

8+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM
8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps)
8+ years of experience in Marketing Automation / Sales Operations
Hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, automation, and reporting
Hands-on experience with CRM implementations or migrations
Hands-on experience with data structure, data hygiene, and system design
Hands-on experience with managing multiple clients, stakeholders, or projects
Hands-on experience with managing team members
Collaborating and working with teams (you genuinely enjoy brainstorming and collaborating with others)

HubSpot Certified (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub)
HubSpot Solutions Partner / HubSpot Agency experience
Salesforce integration experience
Zapier, APIs, webhooks, data sync tools
