Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline & Growth ownership
  • Own US pipeline generation and be directly accountable for measurable impact on leads, qualified opportunities, and revenue.
  • Partner closely with Sales and leadership to align on ICPs, campaign priorities, and attribution.
  • Establish metrics, reporting, and processes to support scalable US marketing efforts.
  • Define growth targets and ensure marketing programs are tied to clear commercial objectives and ROI.
  • Define and execute the US field marketing strategy to drive qualified pipeline.
  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of: national and regional events, iIndustry conferences and trade shows, and smaller, high-impact local activations beyond major hubs
  • Ensure all events and trade shows have clear goals, strong execution, and post-event conversion plans.
  • Partner with external organizations, clubs, and industry groups to attract the right audiences and maximize event performance.
  • Support experimentation and optimization across acquisition channels, including paid media, SEO, partnerships, and referrals in tandem with our central Marketing teams.
  • Build a test-and-learn culture, rapidly evaluating performance and scaling what works.
  • Develop repeatable playbooks for demand generation channels.
  • Design, launch, and scale ambassador and community programs in key US cities.Activate communities to support events, referrals, brand visibility, and pipeline generation.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and credibility in the US market.
  • Contribute to PR, partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives aligned with growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience minimum, in an hospitality/food tech/food ecosystem brand

Preferred

  • If you have worked in restaurants it’s a plus
  • If you have experience in PR it’s a plus
  • You are a natural motivation bringer, you are outgoing and genuinely love people
