Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Growth Campaign Orchestration (with Speed & Learning at the Core) - Design and orchestrate integrated enterprise campaigns across digital, ABM, field marketing, events, and offline experiences
  • Growth Campaign Orchestration - Build and evolve enterprise buying journeys that reflect real sales cycles and buying committees
  • Growth Campaign Orchestration - Run fast experimentation cycles - test hypotheses, learn quickly, and scaling what works
  • Growth Campaign Orchestration - Bring a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and learning velocity into the broader marketing team.
  • Pipeline Ownership & Sales Partnership - Own a defined portion of enterprise pipeline, with clear accountability for impact and outcomes
  • Pipeline Ownership & Sales Partnership - Partner closely with Sales to align campaigns to priority accounts, territories, and pipeline goals
  • Pipeline Ownership & Sales Partnership - Work hand in hand with the BDR function to maximize pipeline impact - aligning campaigns, messaging, and outreach sequences
  • Pipeline Ownership & Sales Partnership - Create tight feedback loops with Sales and BDRs to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and conversion
  • Nailing Channels for Enterprise Buyers - Orchestrate across other channel owners to ensure cohesive execution
  • Nailing Channels for Enterprise Buyers - Personally own and execute a portion of high-impact channels or motions (e.g., field programs, industry marketing, offline, sales-driven campaigns)

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in B2B marketing at a startup or growth-stage company
  • You’ve partnered deeply with Sales and BDR to support long sales cycles, complex buying committees, and account-based motions
  • You’ve owned a meaningful slice of pipeline, understand how marketing and sales win together, and care deeply about conversion quality, not just volume
  • You’re collaborative, low-ego, and opinionated in the best way.
