Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify, build, and implement Host lifecycle strategies and campaigns across multiple channels that nurture Hosts and drive incremental value to their experience.
  • Drive a testing and learning agenda by conducting extensive experimentation and in-depth user data analysis to scale successful strategies through automation.
  • Translate business goals into accurate delivery requirements, including specifying required data, segmentation logic, and dynamic content requirements.
  • Own comprehensive reporting of all relevant KPIs, building dashboards to track performance and articulating results effectively to stakeholders and the wider business.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Creative, to build roadmaps, own campaign development workflows, and evangelize the Host Engagement function.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of CRM experience in a consumer-facing, fast-paced company with a proven track record of managing large-scale B2C automated lifecycle programs.
  • Deep understanding of CRM strategy, marketing technology architecture, and relational databases, with experience working directly with Production and Engineering teams.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to navigate an evolving team structure and collaborate across teams from Engineering to Design.
  • Proven quantitative and analytical skills, including high proficiency in Excel and reporting tools like Tableau, with intermediate SQL skills preferred.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results and communicating insights effectively to senior leadership.
  • Passion for CRM and user engagement, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership, an eye for user flow, and methodical problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and progressive experience.
