Responsibilities

• Developing and executing strategic thought leadership initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth
• Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story and position PwC as a trusted advisor
• Utilizing market research and digital marketing strategies to capture new business opportunities and engage clients
• Leading teams in the creation of unique perspectives and insights on industry-specific subjects
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within strategic sales and marketing initiatives
• Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment
• Validating outcomes with stakeholders and acting on feedback to refine strategies and solutions
• Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
• Collaborating with editorial teams to validate content quality and alignment with brand standards
• Conducting research and analysis to inform content strategy and optimize market presence

Requirements

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 6 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience

Preferred

• Preference for a Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrating advanced skills in content strategy and development
• Excelling in digital content creation and optimization
• Utilizing data analytics for strategic decision-making
• Leading editorial teams through complex projects
