Job Summary

Own the market-facing engine for a medical devices portfolio, translating clinical value into compelling positioning, tools, and regional growth while enabling the field with training, inquiries handling, and market feedback.

  • Grow regional demand by designing and executing marketing plans, pricing strategies, and promotions.
  • Shape product positioning and create collateral and tools that demonstrate clinical/economic value.
  • Educate and enable the field with technical training, seller enablement, and market feedback loops.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans, pricing and selling strategies, and promotional programs.
  • Develop product positioning, create marketing collateral, and demonstrate clinical/economic value proposition.
  • Create effective digital and printed sales tools highlighting key product features and benefits.
  • Respond to product-related inquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Educate customers on the technical, procedural, and/or clinical characteristics of assigned product lines.
  • Train sales personnel on the technical, business, and clinical aspects of products and procedures.
  • Conduct regular field visits to maintain a first-hand understanding of the market, the customer, the direct sales team, and the distributors.
  • Analyze and monitor sales data to illustrate product and market performance.
  • Evaluate new business and product opportunities.
  • Design and implement key regional strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Five or more years of relevant marketing or sales experience in medical devices.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated success in developing relationships with colleagues, customers, and industry leaders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, selling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Financial analysis, forecasting, and budget management.
  • Experience developing and successfully executing marketing plans.
  • Experience launching new products and creating sales growth through digital marketing campaigns.
  • 10-20% travel, occasionally over weekends, with the ability to travel internationally.
