Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the multi-year Partnership Marketing strategy, investment thesis, and channel marketing architecture to align with overall company objectives and maximize marketing efficiency.
  • D esign, implement, and manage the partner portfolio strategy, focusing on partner tiers, joint business planning, high-impact co-marketing campaigns, and distribution plays. Ensure sustained value capture and marketing alignment through QBRs/EBRs and executive steering committees.
  • Lead marketing performance analysis, establish a scalable measurement and optimization strategy for all partner channels. Define KPI frameworks (partner-sourced revenue, retention impact, Marketing ROI) and govern experimentation to accelerate data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Drive the marketing rollout for all partner launches and joint Go-to-Market (GTM) programs, developing partner-specific value propositions, messaging, and collateral, and maintaining accountability for measurable outcomes.
  • Draft and submit detailed creative briefs to internal design and production teams, ensuring all assets are aligned with partner requirements, campaign objectives, and format specifications.
  • Lead the cross-functional review and approval workflow for all creative assets, collaborating with Legal, Programming, and Brand teams to ensure adherence to compliance guidelines and brand integrity.
  • Diagnose partner underperformance, lead corrective actions, and evolve operating models. Develop and operationalize leading-edge approaches, playbooks, and major new tools (e.g., partner economics models, launch-readiness frameworks) to elevate the entire partner marketing practice.
  • Establish and continuously evolve the enterprise partner/channel marketing operating model, governance cadence, and decision frameworks (e.g., partner economics, capacity trade-offs, channel conflict resolution) adopted across the company.
  • Mentor and upskill senior marketers, cross-functional leaders, and partner stakeholders by codifying playbooks, coaching on complex trade-offs, and serving as the escalation point for the toughest partner growth challenges.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 10 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience. Demonstrated success leading enterprise channel/partner marketing initiatives with sustained ownership of high-stakes strategy and investment decisions.
  • Deep expertise in partner ecosystems and channel strategy, including designing operating models that scale and deliver measurable growth.
  • Exceptional analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to set KPI frameworks, evaluate measurement trade-offs, and drive budget allocation with a clear focus on maximizing Marketing Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Proven ability to build and influence formal cross-functional networks across Sales, Marketing, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Legal/Privacy without direct authority. Demonstrated ability to mentor senior stakeholders and enable teams across the organization through coaching, playbooks, and consultative leadership.
  • Track record of confidently owning ambiguous, high-stakes decisions with material business impact, including risk identification and mitigation planning.
  • Communication: Executive-level written and verbal communication excellence, capable of crafting clear narratives and trade-off recommendations for senior leadership and external partner executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and preferred skills in Monday.com, Tableau, Branch, and/or Canva.
  • Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini, etc.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
