Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree desirable, but not a prerequisite
- 15+ years of experience in marketing leadership spanning both brand and performance
- Proven experience owning full-funnel marketing with accountability for both brand health and revenue outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to lead integrated teams across brand, digital, lifecycle, and media functions
- Strong communication, analytical, and team management skills.
- Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience operating in complex, multi-unit or franchise environments strongly preferred
Preferred
- MBA or advanced degree desirable, but not a prerequisite
