Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the long‑term global strategy for a portfolio of lifestyle and heritage fragrance brands, ensuring clear positioning, growth ambition, and coherent innovation roadmaps.
  • Shape brand architecture, portfolio roles, value segmentation, and pricing strategies to strengthen brand equity and category competitiveness.
  • Identify white‑space opportunities through deep consumer insight, cultural trend analysis, and evolving olfactive directions.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and performance trends to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Lead end‑to‑end global innovation programs, from concept development through launch, across fragrances, flankers, body mists, and emerging formats.
  • Partner closely with R&D, Olfactive, Creative, and Packaging teams to deliver compelling olfactive stories and differentiated product experiences.
  • Oversee the global launch calendar and development of 360° omnichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring global scale with local relevance.
  • Build and deploy global go‑to‑market toolkits, launch assets, and communication frameworks to enable strong execution across regions and channels.
  • Drive speed‑to‑market initiatives and explore new operational models to enhance agility and profitability.
  • Lead the relationship with the licensor, serving as the primary point of contact to secure timely approvals, ensure brand alignment, and maintain strong collaboration across projects.
