Job Description

Own the ecosystem strategy for the agentic economy on Arc, shaping adoption and making Arc the default home for agentic transactions.

  • Define and execute Circle’s strategy for the agentic economy, helping establish USDC, Arc, and the Circle Agent Stack as the default financial infrastructure for AI agents.
  • Collaborate across Ecosystems, Product, Developer Relations, Engineering, and Commercial leadership to identify high-value opportunities and define the roadmap for ecosystem adoption.

  • Build and scale the agentic economy ecosystem on Arc, Circle’s blockchain, to ensure it is the default settlement chain for agentic activity.
  • Deepen Arc surfaces with a marketplace, broad external adoption of the Agent Stack, and design-partner integrations that enable robust agentic transactions.
  • Define and own the strategic roadmap for Arc’s agentic economy ecosystem, including channel prioritization, ecosystem design, platform adoption, and long-term growth strategy.
  • Build and scale adoption programs across venture ecosystems, AI startups, model providers, inference platforms, cloud and data center companies, enterprises, and developer communities.
  • Design partnership structures, ecosystem incentives, commercial frameworks, and growth programs that accelerate agentic transaction volume and USDC adoption.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate ecosystem needs into product priorities across Agent Wallets, Nanopayments, Agent Marketplace, Circle Skills, and Arc infrastructure.
  • Develop repeatable ecosystem motions including credits programs, reference architectures, default integrations, onboarding frameworks, and co-marketing initiatives.
