Responsibilities

• Present creative concepts confidently and effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, digital best practices, and industry innovations.
• Conduct thorough research on competitors and target audiences to inform creative decisions and ensure relevance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative design role, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proven track record of developing successful campaigns.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
