Responsibilities

  • Lead visual concepting and brand system development from a blank brief.
  • Design and deliver production-ready assets across website, digital, social, and out-of-home.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative director to ensure visual decisions reflect brand positioning.
  • Contribute strategic creative input throughout the campaign lifecycle, not just at the execution stage.

Preferred

  • Proven track record of building brands from zero — identity, campaign, print, and digital.
  • Strong strategic sensibility; you think about positioning before you open a file.
  • Portfolio that shows range and a distinctive point of view.
  • Experience in AI, robotics, or deep tech is a genuine plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment with a lean team.
