Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end analyses to identify, size, and prioritize growth opportunities across paid, owned, earned, and emerging channels.
  • Define and operationalize decision-grade metrics (including north star) to guide investment decisions and capture shifts in user behavior across AI, Search, and Social.
  • Translate emerging data signals (e.g., AI prompts and answers, social engagement and conversations) into actionable insights for targeting, messaging, and channel strategy.
  • Connect performance data with content strategy to scale high-impact narratives and creative formats.
  • Partner deeply with Social, SEO, PR, and Performance teams to align on goals, success metrics, and data-informed tradeoffs.
  • Synthesize insights into clear, executive-ready recommendations that influence roadmaps, budgets, and priorities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in data science, growth, or applied analytics with demonstrated business impact.
  • Systems thinker who connects channels, funnel dynamics, and product experience to business outcomes.
  • Analytical, organized problem solver who can independently define detailed investigations and work effectively in uncertain situations.
  • Strong decision partner who frames problems, evaluates tradeoffs, and drives clear, data-informed recommendations.
  • Force multiplier who builds scalable tools, measurement frameworks, and playbooks that amplify team impact, mentors and uplifts other ICs.
  • Strong cross-functional communicator with the ability to influence senior partners through clear, data-backed narratives.
