Job Summary

Own the creative engine for performance marketing, turning market insights into testable concepts and driving measurable outcomes across paid channels.

  • Creative Strategy & Ideation: Shape campaign concepts and formats to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Briefs & Production: Build clear briefs with hooks and shot lists, guiding production and post production for video and static ads.
  • Performance-Driven Optimization: Use campaign data to iterate on messaging, creative concepts, and landing pages for better results.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of creative and content strategies that drive measurable performance across paid media channels such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Translate brand goals and market insights into compelling campaign concepts designed to resonate with audiences and improve key performance metrics.
  • Own Creative Ideation and Concept Development

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in creative strategy or performance-driven content within the DTC or ecommerce space.
  • Experience developing visual advertising concepts, including video and static content, with familiarity in elements like hooks, storyboarding, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and performance.
  • Hands-on experience with creative tools such as Figma or Canva, and video editing platforms like CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
  • Comfort working within project management platforms (such as Asana or Monday) to track deliverables, timelines, and creative workflows.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and consumer trends, with curiosity about how content, technology, and platform dynamics shape brand growth.
  • An entrepreneurial, builder mindset, with enthusiasm for testing ideas, iterating on creative concepts, and working in fast-moving environments where experimentation is encouraged.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Clear and compelling communication skills, both written and visual, with the ability to distill complex ideas into simple, engaging creative direction.
  • A highly collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and contribute positively to a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • A positive, curious attitude, bringing energy, creativity, and a sense of fun while maintaining a high standard for the work.
  • Grapevine currently hires full-time employees in New York to work out of our Union Square office (4 days a week in person).
