Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the Creative Strategy for Paid Campaigns: Lead strategy for ad creative across key paid channels including Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Paid Search, and programmatic. Develop insight-driven concepts tailored to platform behavior, audience mindset, and performance goals.
  • Drive End-to-End Campaign Development: Develop compelling creative concepts, messaging frameworks, and testing roadmaps grounded in insights. Collaborate with SEO and Consumer Insights teams to ensure strategies are data-informed, and partner with designers and producers to bring ideas to life—from initial edits to final delivery.
  • Craft and Manage UGC Briefs: Own the creation of strategic creative briefs for user-generated content (UGC) partners, ensuring content is aligned to campaign objectives, performance goals, and channel best practices.
  • Translate Insights into Impact: Analyze performance data and audience behavior to inform testing priorities and future creative iterations. Develop hypotheses, build testing matrices, and partner with performance marketers to continually optimize and unlock incremental performance gains.
  • Track and Share Creative Learnings: Monitor creative performance trends and consolidate learnings to inform future strategy. Proactively share insights and recommendations with the broader creative and marketing teams to promote a culture of continuous learning and data-driven iteration.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a creative point of contact for the Marketing team, ensuring strategic alignment across creative and media plans. Present ideas and creative rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
  • Support Seasonal Campaign Launches: Collaborate with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team to influence and direct seasonal campaign creative, ensuring assets are optimized for paid channels and grounded in SEO insights while identifying content gaps.
  • Mentor and Inspire: Help guide designers by providing actionable feedback, moodboards, and strategic direction. Champion experimentation, iteration, and scrappy production methods to maximize learning velocity.
  • Leverage & Repurpose Assets: Strategically utilize existing lifestyle, studio, 3D, and UGC video and static assets to scale output efficiently across channels while maintaining creative effectiveness.
