Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of campaign creative concepts and visual strategies.
- Lead the design and production of multimedia assets including graphics, digital media, and video concepts.
- Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all campaign materials.
- Collaborate with communications, research, and digital teams to align creative products with campaign goals.
- Provide creative direction and review of design, video, and multimedia deliverables.
- Ensure all creative products meet federal accessibility and communication standards.
- Support development of innovative storytelling approaches to enhance campaign engagement.
- Coordinate with project leadership to ensure creative deliverables meet project schedules and requirements.
- Ability to participate in occasional travel to support project activities and coordination with federal stakeholders if needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Communications, Multimedia Production, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience leading creative campaigns and multimedia development.
- Demonstrated experience managing creative production for digital and multimedia campaigns.
- Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Ability to participate in occasional travel to support project activities and coordination with federal stakeholders if needed.
