Job Summary

Own a multi-faceted corporate communications program that protects and grows brand trust across reputation, media, crisis, internal engagement, and program analytics.

  • Strategic Communications: shape multi-audience narratives and executive storytelling to influence perception and trust.
  • Media & Crisis: serve as main media liaison, manage press relations, and lead crisis planning with proactive monitoring.
  • Internal Communications: drive engaging internal channels and stakeholder partnerships with clear, consistent messaging.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Communications & Reputation: Lead and execute a multi-channel communications strategy to build, enhance, and protect the company’s reputation across diverse audiences (B2G, B2B, B2C and beyond).
  • Media, Press & Executive Communications: Act as the primary media contact, managing press relations, storytelling, and supporting executives with interviews, presentations, and key messaging.
  • Crisis & Reputation Management: Own crisis communications planning and response, while proactively monitoring media, social channels, and public sentiment to safeguard brand reputation.
  • Internal Comms & Stakeholder Engagement: Drive engaging internal communications (including town halls) and build strong relationships with employees, industry bodies, and key external stakeholders.
  • Content, Reporting & Operations: Oversee high-quality content creation, manage agency partners and budgets, and deliver insights through reporting on performance, media coverage, and engagement.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar field, ideally within insurance or financial services.
  • Experience: 4–6 years in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar field, ideally within insurance or financial services.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written, editing, and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting thought leadership and managing media relations.
  • Reputation & Problem Solving: Proactive, solutions-focused thinker with a strong understanding of reputation management and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in building relationships across diverse audiences, including employees, media, and industry leaders, with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
  • Qualifications & Tools: Degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field, with proficiency in intranet platforms and internal communication tools.
