  • - Craft headlines, not just write them.
  • - Be a storyteller, bringing ideas to life in unique ways.
  • - Write scripts that people can’t stop thinking about.
  • - Know how to write for different media, in different voices, for different clients.
  • - Present to clients with passion, enthusiasm and thoughtfulness.

  • - Know how to read a brief and use insights to guide work.
  • - Partner with Art Directors to ensure the copy direction and visual presentation work together to make the concept powerful and compelling.

Requirements

  • - An inability to settle on “good enough.”
  • - Curiosity for discovering what’s next and trying something new.
  • - Being proactive with ideas for clients, even without a brief or assignment
  • - Energy, open-mindedness, and a sense of humor.
  • - A portfolio that shows off great ideas, no matter where they live.
  • - Software skills: The Adobe suite and AI programs.
  • - At least four years or writing at a competitive, creative agency.
  • - Awards are nice, but original ideas and real creative problem-solving are even better.
