Responsibilities

• Develop compelling campaign ideas and concepts across multiple channels and platforms.
• Write and adapt copy in both English and Spanish while maintaining creative integrity, cultural relevance, and brand voice.
• Partner closely with art directors to develop integrated ideas from concept through execution.
• Craft copy for digital, social, experiential, print, CRM, broadcast, video, and emerging platforms.
• Present creative work internally and to clients with confidence and clarity.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic, culturally informed thinking.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all written communications and campaign deliverables.
• Stay current on industry trends, pop culture, emerging platforms, and creative best practices.
• Mentor and support junior writers and creative team members when needed.
• Contribute to new business opportunities and agency pitches.
