Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Write and refine compelling copy for email, SMS, paid social, site, and digital campaigns that inspire action and align with performance goals.
  • Translate business and creative briefs into clear, engaging messaging tailored to different audiences and channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functioning teams to ensure copy aligns with data insights, channel strategy, and creative direction.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand voice across all touchpoints from product storytelling to campaign taglines, CRM personalization & marketing messaging.
  • Contribute to campaign ideation and editorial content planning, supporting both seasonal storytelling and evergreen messaging.
  • Self-edit with precision, balancing creativity with clarity, and respond thoughtfully to feedback in fast-paced review cycles.
  • Partner closely teams to concept, test, and iterate messaging that performs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • 5-6 years of professional experience in copywriting, content strategy, or brand storytelling, ideally in fashion
  • An experienced copywriter with a background in retail and/or lifestyle brands.
  • A strategic and creative storyteller with a passion for merging creativity and conversion.
  • Experienced in writing for fashion, lifestyle or retail brands across both brand building and performance campaigns.
  • Comfortable switching between big-picture concepting and detailed execution from headlines, taglines to long-form storytelling.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to balance brand tone, creative direction and marketing objectives simultaneously.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, marketing, paid media, and social.
  • Proven ability to write conversion-focused and brand-building copy.
  • Excellent communication, editing, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management.
