Own the exec content pipeline for LinkedIn: build high-volume, voice-accurate posts, extract three ideas from founder interviews, and continuously optimize hooks and performance signals.

Content Ownership: 30-40+ LinkedIn posts per month across multiple clients, with strong voice fidelity and minimal founder edits.
Interview-to-Insight: turn founder interviews into publishable topics by extracting three ideas from long transcripts.
Performance & Feedback: track what's working on LinkedIn and adapt the approach to lift engagement and saves.

Job Description

Write 30-40+ LinkedIn posts per month across a portfolio of clients
Conduct or participate in bi-weekly founder interviews and mine transcripts for compelling topics
Match each client's voice with enough precision that edits from the founder become minimal over time
Track what performs and adapt your approach accordingly
