Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Production: Produce high-quality content for social media, digital advertising, email, and web
• Shoot and edit short-form video for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Create graphics, project highlights, and educational content that help homeowners understand roofing and exterior services
• Capture jobsite content including before/after transformations, team stories, and project walkthroughs
• Design and produce creative assets across multiple formats, including: Social media and digital advertising creative, Print marketing materials, Sales collateral, Website graphics
• Develop creative for large-format and outdoor advertising, including billboards and signage
• Create branded materials for promotional products and merchandise.
• Support experiential marketing efforts, including trade show displays, event materials, and in-person brand activations
• Ensure all creative aligns with Andes Roofing’s brand guidelines and tone
• Identify content opportunities from real projects, customer stories, and field activity
• Develop ideas for ongoing content series and visual storytelling
• Bring proactive ideas that elevate how Andes Roofing shows up across marketing channels
• Produce creative work that supports marketing campaigns and brand initiatives

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in content production, creative design, and digital media
• Strong ability to produce high-quality visual content quickly and consistently
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Experience producing short-form video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Experience creating paid advertising creative for digital campaigns
• Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling
• Ability to interpret marketing direction and messaging and translate it into compelling creative
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Self-starter mindset — someone who sees opportunities and acts on them

Preferred

• Experience managing social media publishing and scheduling
• Familiarity with content performance metrics and optimization
• Marketing experience with service-based businesses
• Drone or jobsite photography
• Experience documenting before-and-after transformations
• Familiarity with local marketing or home services industries
