Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and execute strategies in the team/organization.
  • Identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
  • Work on well-defined focus on one or more brands, channels, lines or categories.
  • Collaborate effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
  • Accomplish tasks as an individual contributor with more direct supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s, preferably with Business focus
  • Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills
  • Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
  • An ability to drive innovation and brand growth
  • Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities
  • Ability to work under limited supervision and determine own priorities.
  • Strong collaborative skills for internal influencing and sharing important information.
  • Experience in developing knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements.
