Job Summary

Own and coordinate cross-functional brand campaigns for the Sapphire portfolio, turning strategy into creative briefs, execution plans, and data-driven optimizations that drive market impact.

  • Campaign execution: translate strategy into integrated media plans and creative briefs across Brand, Media, Talent, PR for cohesive campaigns.
  • Cross-functional leadership: partner with brand, media, experiences, finance, compliance, and external partners to align on briefs and delivery.
  • Insights & optimization: track KPIs, perform competitive and customer segmentation analyses, and inform future direction with data-driven recommendations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support advertising & media projects within the Sapphire portfolio, ensuring campaign strategy is carried through execution to maximize market impact.
  • Provide project management and planning for creative campaigns and media plans, from ideation through execution, partnering closely with cross-functional teams including brand, media, experiences, finance, compliance, and external partners.
  • Develop briefs for advertising copy and creative ensuring alignment with overall Sapphire product strategy.
  • Collaborate with partners in Brand, Media, Talent, PR to define and deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform the direction and prioritization of creative strategy.
  • Track, monitor, analyze campaign KPIs and find opportunities to optimize future performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing communications, and/or advertising execution.
  • Demonstrated success managing marketing projects.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of customer insights and data-driven decision-making.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including building executive level presentations, and presenting to executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
