Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Paid Search & Growth Ops: Own paid search strategy and ROAS targets across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Keyword & Audience Expansion: Identify new opportunities and segments to broaden reach and diversify the search mix.
- Testing & Optimization: Design and run A/B tests on ad copy and bidding to lift conversions and engagement.
- Performance Analytics & Insights: Analyze search data to surface trends and actionable recommendations for decisions at all levels.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with brand, analytics, product, and engineering to align paid search with business goals.
- Acquisition Metrics Ownership: Own key metrics like user acquisition, CPA, CTR, and overall search efficiency.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Build clear reports translating data into actionable guidance.
- Platform Updates & Best Practices: Stay current with paid search updates and industry benchmarks.
- Playbook Contributions: Help develop the performance marketing playbook with paid search learnings.
- Documentation of Learnings: Record testing outcomes to elevate team performance.
