Job Description

Responsibilities

Execute paid media campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., social, search, display)
Manage campaign setup, trafficking, and budget allocation within defined plans
Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics
Analyze campaign results and provide clear reporting on performance and insights
Run structured tests across creative, audiences, and channels to improve outcomes
Partner with creative teams to ensure assets generation aligns with platform and campaign goals
Work closely with our Viral Marketing team to elevate high performing creator assets into existing and new paid campaigns
Support media planning through data gathering and performance insights
Track spend and ensure campaigns remain within budget and pacing targets
Identify performance issues and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency
Maintain documentation of campaign structures, learnings, and best practices

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising
Hands-on experience managing campaigns across major ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok)
Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights
Experience with campaign optimization, testing, and reporting
Strong understanding of key performance metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR)
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities

Preferred

Experience in CPG, e-commerce, or consumer brands is a plus
