Job Summary

Own end-to-end program management for a marketing ops function with cross-functional ownership and games-time execution focus.

  • Growth Infrastructure/Program Execution: Build and maintain master timelines, track milestones, and ensure deliverables across Integrated Marketing, Social, Content, Web, App, and Email teams, with Smartsheet and Asana to drive consistency.
  • Operations & Communication: Establish PM templates, run alignment meetings, and drive accountability across internal teams.
  • Stakeholder & Market Execution: Serve as main contact for internal teams and external partners (USOPC, IOC, IPC), manage shifting priorities, and prepare progress presentations.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Act as a primary project manager for the VP, Marketing and Digital Engagement, ensuring special projects are tracked, milestones are met and deliverables are executed flawlessly - Build, maintain, and manage master project timelines for specific projects and organizational milestones - Serve as the central connective tissue between core digital functions, working closely with Integrated Marketing, Social Media, Digital Content, Web, App, and Email Marketing teams - Own the administrative and operational planning for Games-time execution, ensuring schedules, resources, and workflows are optimized from Pre-Games to Games-time readiness - Establish and maintain project management frameworks, templates, and tools like Smartsheet and Asana to streamline communication and workflows across all marketing sub-functions - Facilitate key cross-functional alignment meetings, capturing action items and driving accountability across internal teams - Represent DIG as a point of contact and ensure alignment on shifting priorities, deliverables, and deadlines for cross-functional stakeholders, external stakeholders such as USOPC, IOC, and IPC, and partners - Draft presentations on key projects to show progress reports and milestone deliverables
